Outside Sales Representative - Northern Minneapolis

Duke Rentals is hiring a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our territory based out of Forest Lake, MN, with a focus on the surrounding area including Saint Cloud, MN. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who excels in building strong customer relationships, driving revenue, and working independently.

The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the construction and equipment rental industry. You will work closely with the local branch and sales leadership to deliver excellent customer service and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory

  • Conduct regular sales calls to construction offices and job sites

  • Grow rental, sales, and service opportunities

  • Promote Duke Rentals' services and represent our brand with professionalism

  • Collaborate with the store team and sales management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Knowledge of construction industry a plus

  • Proficiency with computers and CRM tools

  • Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $40,000 - $125,000+ (base + commission)

  • 401(k) + match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • Paid time off and flexible scheduling

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM

Work Location:

  • Based out of our Forest Lake, MN branch, with travel in the northern Minneapolis area
